Start with one controllable change
The strongest live prompt is easy to recognize in a few seconds. Keep the current character or setting, then introduce one new rule: gravity rotates, a hidden door opens, or a background object begins speaking. A single change gives the model a clear target and gives the audience a visible payoff.
Long prompts full of lore compete for limited screen time. Write for one short clip. If an idea needs three acts, submit the first beat and let another viewer continue it.
Use continuity anchors
Name something already visible: the red coat, the tiny robot, the rain, the wide camera angle. Ask the next segment to preserve two anchors and change one element. This does not guarantee continuity, but it makes a useful continuation more likely than starting a completely unrelated universe.
A practical pattern is: “Keep the current main character and location. Match the last frame, then reveal…” The first sentence protects the scene; the second supplies motion.
Design comedy for the image
Visual contradictions work better than a long punchline. Try a solemn news broadcast about a duck, a perfume advert for cardboard, or a knight at an airport kiosk. The format is immediately legible even if the generated dialogue is unclear.
Recurring objects are especially effective in a group stream. One banana in the background can become a witness, a moon, or a building in later clips. Repetition turns a random object into a shared audience language.
Avoid unsafe or brittle prompts
Do not target real people with humiliating, sexual, violent, or deceptive requests. Avoid copyrighted characters when an original archetype would work. The official service may also reject content under its own rules.
Finally, accept that the system is improvisational. A prompt is a direction, not a contract. Judge it by whether it gives the next scene a useful shape, not whether every detail appears exactly as written.
